Mr. Lane focuses his practice on business. He enjoys all aspects of business law including helping to launch start-ups, negotiating the purchase or sale of a business, and assisting clients with various types of business disputes. Prior to attending law school, he worked in the Boulder technology industry for six years. During law school he managed the entrepreneurial law clinic, a free legal service provided to the community. He has been involved with start-up companies from the ground up in both business and legal roles. He draws on his business background in helping small local companies plan for growth. He enjoys both road and mountain biking, hiking with his dogs, and downhill skiing.
