Chapter 7
We can help you with a simple “no asset” bankruptcy. We are compassionate and understanding of the situations that our clients are in. If you are being harassed by creditors and are having trouble paying your bills, we can advise you as to how bankruptcy might help you.
Chapter 13
Some of our clients have assets that they don’t want to lose, such as a home with substantial equity. Under the 2005 Bankruptcy Act, some people may not qualify for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. In some situations, “payment plan” bankruptcies might be an option.
